सा.का.नि. 347(अ) .- केन्द्र सरकार महापत्तन न्यास अधिनियम, 1963 (1963 का 38) की धारा 3 की उपधारा (6) के साथ पठित उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एतद्वारा ( i ) कमांडर तटरक्षक, जिला- पारादीप (ii ) श्री ओम प्रकाश राय, (iii ) श्री प्रणब कुमार पट्टनायक, और (iv) सर्व श्री बी के मित्तल, आर के चेचानी और के पार्थसास्थी को पारादीप पत्तन के न्यासी बोर्ड में क्रमशः तट रक्षकों, अन्य हितों (सरकार द्वारा नियुक्त किए जाने वाला) , पोत वणिकों और निर्वाचित श्रेणी में अन्य हितों का प्रतिनिधित्व करने के लिए न्यासियों के रूप में नियुक्त करती है और भारत सरकार, पोत परिवहन मंत्रालय (पत्तन पक्ष) की दिनांक 8 अप्रैल, 2002 की अधिसूचना सा.सा.नि. सं0 271 (अ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है ।
2. उक्त अधिसूचना में क्रम सं ० 5 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टि के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्याएं और

G.S.R 347(E).In exercise of the powers conferredby sub-section ( 1 ) read with sub- section (6) of section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act , 1963 (38 to 1963) , the Central Government hereby appoints (i ) Commander Coast Guard, District Paradip ; (ii) Shri Om Prakash Ray, (ii) Shri Pranab Kumar Pattnaik; and (iv) S/Shri B.K. Mittal , R.K. Chechani and K. Parthasarathi as trustees to represent Coast Guard , Other Interests (to be appointed by the Government) , Shippers , and Other Interests in elected category respectively representing on the Board of Trustees for the Port of Paradip and makes the following [भाग II- खण्ड 3 (i ) ]

amendment in the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping (Ports Wing)G.S.R. No. 271 (E) dated 8thApril , 2002.
2. In the said Notification after S.No. 5 and the entry relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall be inserted , namely:
