का.आ. 663( अ ).- राष्ट्रपति, लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 ( 1951 का 43 ) की धारा 12 के अनुसरण में, मिजोरम राज्य की विधान सभा के निर्वाचित सदस्यों से, उक्त अधिनियम के और तद्धीन बनाए गए नियमों और किए गए आदेशों के उपबन्धों के अनुसार राज्य सभा के एक सदस्य का स्थान भरने के प्रयोजन के लिए, जो अपनी पदाधिके अवसान पर 16 जुलाई , 2002 को निवृत्त हो रहा है , सदस्य को निर्वाचित करने की अपेक्षा करते हैं ।

S.O. 663 (E) . In pursuance of Section 12 of the Representation of the People Act , 1951 (43 of 1951 ) , the President is pleased to call upon the elected members of the Legislative Assembly of the State of Mizoram to elect, in accordance with the provisions of the said Act and of the rules and orders made thereunder , one member to fill the seat ofa member of the Council of States who is retiring on 16th July, 2002, on the expiration of his term of office.
