G.S.R. 453 (E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub -section ( 1 ) read with Sub- section ( 6) of Section 3 oftheMajor Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963 ) , the Central Governmenthereby appoints (i) Commissioner of Customs (Port), Kolkata and ( ii ) Chief Operations Manager , South Eastern Railway. Kolkata as trustees to represent Department of Customs and Ministry of Railway , respectively, on the Board of Trustees for the Port of Kolkata and makes the following amendment in the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping (Ports Wing) G.S.R. No. 257 (E) , dated 8th April, 2002, read with G.S.R. No. 320 (E) , dated 2nd May, 2002 .
सा.का.नि 453( अ ). -केन्द्र सरकार, महापत्तन न्यास अधिनियम , 1963 ( 1963 का 38 ) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 6 )के साथ पठित उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एतद्वारा ( i ) सीमाशुल्क आयुक्त ( पत्तन ) , कोलकाता और ( ii ) मुख्य प्रचालन प्रबन्धक, दक्षिण पूर्व रेलवे , कोलकाता को क्रमशः सीमा शुल्क विभाग और रेल मंत्रालय का प्रतिनिधित्व करने के लिए कोलकाता पत्तन के न्यासी बोर्ड में न्यासियों के रूप में नियुक्त करती है और भारत सरकार, पोत परिवहन मंत्रालय ( पत्तन पक्ष ) की दिनांक 2 मई, 2002 की अधिसूचना सा.का.नि. सं. 320 ( अ ) के साथ पठित दिनांक 8 अप्रैल, 2002 की अधिसूचना सा. का . नि. सं० 257 ( अ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है ।
2. In the said Notification after serial number 15 and the entry relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall be inserted, namely :-
2. उक्त अधिसूचना में क्रम सं. 15 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टि के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्याएं और प्रविष्टियां जोड़ी जाएंगी, अर्थात्:-
(16) Commissioner of Customs - (Port) ,Kolkata
Representing the Department of Customs .
16. सीमा आयुक्त ( पत्तन ) , कोलकाता
सीमाशुल्क विभाग का प्रतिनिधित्व करने के लिए
रेल मंत्रालय का प्रतिनिधित्व
Representing the Ministry ofRailways .
17. मुख्य प्रचालन प्रबन्धक, दक्षिण पूर्व रेलवे , कोलकाता करने के लिए
