सा.का.नि. 454( अ ) केन्द्र सरकार, महापत्तन न्यास अधिनियम, 1963 ( 1963 का 38 ) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 6 ) के साथ पठित उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एतद्वारा ( i ) सचिव, राजमार्ग और पत्तन विभाग , तमिलनाडु सरकार ( ii ) सीमाशुल्क आयुक्त( पत्तन ), चेन्नई और ( iii ) प्रभारी नौसेना अधिकारी, तमिलनाडु को क्रमशः तमिलनाडु सरकार सीमा शुल्क विभाग और रक्षा मंत्रालय का प्रतिनिधित्व करने के लिए चेन्नई पत्तन के न्यासी बोर्ड में न्यासियों के रूप में नियुक्त करती है और भारत सरकार, पोत परिवहन मंत्रालय ( पत्तन पक्ष ) की दिनांक 29 मई, 2002 की अधिसूचना सा. का. नि. सं. 385 ( अ ) के साथ पठित दिनांक 1 मई, 2002 की अधिसूचना सा. का. नि. सं. 315 ( अ ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है ।
2. उक्त अधिसूचना में क्रम सं. 14 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टि के पश्चात्निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्याएं और प्रविष्टियां जोड़ी जाएंगी , अर्थात्: - 15. सचिव, राजमार्ग और पत्तन विभाग , तमिलनाडु सरकार तमिलनाडु सरकार का प्रतिनिधित्व करनेके लिए 16. सीमाशुल्क आयुक्त ( पत्तन ) , चेन्नई प्रतिनिधित्व करने के लिए सीमाशुल्क विभाग का 17. प्रभारी नौसेना अधिकारी , तमिलनाडु रक्षा मंत्रालय का प्रतिनिधित्व करने के लिए

(Ports Wing) NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 26th June , 2002
G.S.R. 454 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - section ( 1 ) read with Sub - section ( 6 ) of section 3 ofthe Major Port Trusts Act , 1963 ( 38 of 1963 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints ( i ) Secretary , Highways any PortDepartment , Government of Tamil Nadu ( ii ) Commissioner of Customs ( Port ) , Chennai and ( iii ) Naval Officer- in-Charge , Tamil Nadu as a Trustees to represent Government of Tamil Nadu , Department of Customs and Ministry of Defence respectively of the Board of Trustees for the port of Chennai and makes the following amendment in the Noitification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping ( Ports Wing) G. S. R. No. 315 ( E) dated 1st May, 2002 read with G. S. R. No. 385 (E) dated 29th May, 2002 .
2. In the said notification after S. No. 14 and the entry relating thereto , the following serial numbers and entrics shall be inserted , namely:---

Government of Tamil PortDepartment ,
Government of Tamil Nadu Nadu
16. Commissioner of Customs , Representing the ( Port) , Chennai
Department of Customs .
