सा.का.नि 455( अ ) केन्द्र सरकार, महापत्तन न्यास अधिनियम, 1963 ( 1963 का 38 ) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 1 ) के खंड ( ग )के उपखंड ( i ) के प्रावधानों के अनुसरण में एतद्वारा कांडला पत्तन के न्यास से संबंधित भारत सरकार, पोत परिवहन मंत्रालय ( पत्तन पक्ष) की दिनांक 29 मई, 2002 की अधिसूचना सा.का.नि. सं. 391 (अ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है ।
2. उक्त अधिसूचना की नीचे दी गई तालिका में क्रम सं० 1 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टि को निम्नलिखित द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्:-
" 1. प्रधान अधिकारी , एम एम डी, मर्केन्टाइल मैरीन विभाग का मुम्बई प्रतिनिधित्व करने के लिए"

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 26th June , 2002
G.S.R. 455 (E ) .-In Pursuance of the provisions of sub-clause ( i ) of clause ( c) of sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 3 oftheMajor Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in theNotification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping (Ports Wing) G.S.R. No. 391 (E) dated the 29th May, 2002 relating to the Kandla Port Trust .
2. In the Table below of the said notification , serial No. 1 and the entry relating thereto shall be substituted by the following, namely.-
" 1. Principal Officer, MMD, Mumbai
---Representing Mercantile Marine Department . "
