का. आ. 667( अ ) -दिल्ली नगर निगम द्वारा निर्वाचित किए जाने पर, दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण, दिल्ली विकास अधिनियम , 1957 की धारा 5 ( 2 ) ( डी ) के प्रावधानों के अनुसार श्री हिरन टोकस , श्री सुग्रीव सिंह , श्री रोहित मनचन्दा, श्री निर्मला वत्स, निगम पार्षदों को उनके निर्वाचित होने की तिथि अर्थात् 22-04-2002 से दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण की सलाहकार परिपद् के सदस्यों के रूप से नियुक्त करता है ।
