का.आ. 672 ( अ) . केन्द्रीय सरकार , पर्यावरण ( संरक्षण) अधिनियम, 1986 ( 1986 का 29 ) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 1 ) और उपधारा ( 3 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के पर्यावरण और वन मंत्रालय के आदेश सं. का.आ. 17( अ ) , तारीख 9 जनवरी, 2001 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त आदेश के पहले पैरा में, क्रम संख्यांक 1 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियोंके स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्यांक और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात्:-
" 1. विशेष सचिव ( समाधात निर्धारण ) , पर्यावरण और वन मंत्रालय , नई दिल्ली । अध्यक्ष"

MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT AND FORESTS ORDER
New Delhi , the 27th June , 2002
S.O. 672 ( E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - sections ( 1 ) and ( 3 ) of Section 3 of the Environment (Protection ) Act, 1986 (29 of 1986 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry ofEnvironment and Forests number S.O 17(E) , dated the 8th January, 2001 , namely :
In the first paragraph of the said Order, for serial number 1 and the entries relating thereto , the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely :- " 1 Special Secretary (Impact Assess- Chairman" ment) , Ministry of Environment and Forests , New Delhi .
