सा.का.नि. 457( अ).- केन्द्रीय सरकार, तेल समन्वय समिति की समाप्ति के परिणामस्वरूप नाफथा ( अर्जन, बिक्री , भंडारण और आटोमोबाइल में उपयोग का निवारण ) आदेश, 2000 के खंड 4 के अनुसरण में अपमिश्रणरोधी कक्ष, पेट्रोलियम और प्राकृतिक गैस मंत्रालय के निम्न अधिकारियों को 1-4-2002 से उक्त आदेश के अधीन तलाशी और अभिग्रहण की शक्तियों का प्रयोग करने के लिए प्राधिकारी के रूप में प्राधिकृत करती है :-
(1 ) महानिदेशक
(2) क्षेत्रीय निदेशक
(3 ) उप निदेशक
(4 ) सहायक निदेशक
