का.आ. 673( अ ) . भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II , खंड 3 , उप- खंड ( ii ) में दिनांक 26 दिसम्बर, 2001 को प्रकाशित भारत सरकार, गृह मंत्रालय की दिनांक 26 दिसम्बर, 2001 की अधिसूचना संख्या का. आ. 1261 ( अ ) के आंशिक संशोधन में, जिसमें सार्वजनिक महत्व के एक निश्चित मामले , अर्थात् 6 दिसम्बर, 1992 को अयोध्या में रामजन्म भूमि - बाबरी मस्जिद ढांचे को गिराए जाने की जांच करने के लिए जांच आयोग का कार्यकाल बढ़ाया गया था, यह निर्णय लिया गया है कि उक्त आयोग , अर्थात् लिबरहान अयोध्या जांच आयोग, अपनी रिपोर्ट 31 दिसम्बर , 2002को या उससे पहले प्रस्तुत करेगा ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 28th June , 2002
S.O. 673 ( E ) .-In partial modification of the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry ofHome Affairs No S.O. 1261 (E ) dated the 26th December, 2001 published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , Sub- section ( ii ) , dated the 26th December, 2001 , extending the tenure ofthe Commission of Inquiry, to inquire into a definite matter of public importance , namely, the destruction of Ram Janma Bhoomi - Babri Masjid structure at Ayodhya on the 6th December , 1992, it has been decided that the said Commission , namely, the Liberhan Ayodhya Commission of Inquiry, will submit its report on or before the 31st December, 2002 .
