S.O. 674(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (2) of Section 3 of the Agricultural Produce Cess Act, 1940 (27 of 1940) and Sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Produce Cess Act, 1966 (15 of 1966). the Central Government hereby fixes, for the purposes of collection of cess, the tariff value in respect of cashew kernel at rupees one thousand and six hundred per quintal for the period commencing on and from the 1st day of July. 2002 to the 30th day of June, 2003

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 28th June, 2002

S.O. 675(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (2) of Section 3 of the Agricultural Produce Cess Act, 1940 (27 of 1940) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government hereby fixes, for the purposes of levying the customs duty, the tariff value specified in column 4 of the Schedule annexed hereto as the tariff value of the articles specified in the corresponding entry in column 2 of the said Schedule (being articles included in the Schedule to the said Act), in respect of the unit specified in column 3 of the said Schedule.

This notification shall come into force on and from the 1st day of July, 2002 to the 30lh day of June, 2003.
