NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 9th My, 2002
G.S.R. 487(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) read with Sub-soction (6) of Section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), the Central Government hereby appoints (i) Naval Officer-in-Charge (Andhra Pradesh), Visakhapatnam, (ii) Additional Secretary to Government (Ports), TR&B Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh, (iii) S/Shri K. Murali, Chief General Manager, Vizag Refinery (HPCL), B. Ramachandran, General Manager, National Mineral Development Corporation Limited, Hyderabad and S. K, S. Narayan, Director (Commercial), Visakhapatnam Steel Plant as Trustees to represent Ministry of Defence, Government of Andhra Pradesh and Other Interests (in elected category) respectively, on the Board of Trustees for the Post of Visakhapatnam and makes the following aaiendment in the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping (Ports Wing) No. G.S.R. 414(E) dated 6th June, 2002.
