विषय:- कोरिया गणराज्य, मलेशिया , ताईवान और थाईलैण्ड के मूल के अथवा वहाँ से निर्यातित कतिपय पोलिएस्टर स्टेपल फाईबर्स ( पीएसएफ ) के आयातों के संबंध में पाटनरोधी जाँच- प्रारंभिक जाँच-परिणाम
सं. 22/1 /2001 - डीजीएडी.- 1 में यथा संशोधित सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम 1975 , और सीमाशुल्क टैरिफ ( पाटित वस्तुओं की पहचान, उन पर पाटनरोधी शुल्क का आकलन एवं संग्रहण तथा क्षति निर्धारण ) नियमावली 1995 , को ध्यान में रखते हुए निर्दिष्ट प्राधिकारी भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण भाग -1 में दिनांक 17 जनवरी को प्रकाशित दिनांक 16 जनवरी , 2002 की अधिसूचना सं. 22/1/2001 - डीजीएडी के तहत अधिसूचित प्रारंभिक जाँच परिणामों में निम्नलिखित स्पष्टीकरण देते हैं ।
प्रारंभिक जाँच परिणामों के उप पैरा 15.3 में दी गई तालिका के कालम में मैं. तेईजिन पोलिएस्टर ( थाईलैंड ) लिमि. के सामने निम्नानुसार पढ़ा जाएगा :
" शून्य" के स्थान पर " लागू नहीं होता ( न्यूनतम सीमा से कम होने के कारण ) "

CORRIGENDUM
New Delhi , the 10th July, 2002
Subject : Anti- dumping investigation concerning imports of Certain Polyester Staple Fibres ( PSF) originating in or exported from Korea R.P. , Malaysia, Taiwan and Thailand - Preliminary Findings .
No. 22/ 1/2001 - DGAD .- The Designated Authority , having regard to the Customs Act , 1975 as amended in 1995 and the Customs Tariff ( Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti -Dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury ) Rule , 1995 , hereby makes the following clarification in the preliminary Findings notified vide Notification No. 22/ 1 /2001 -DGAD dated 16th January , 2002 , published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary Part -I , Section 1 dated 17th January 2002 .
Column no . 3 of the table in Sub - para 15.3 of the preliminary Findings against M/ s Teijin Polyester (Thailand) Ltd. shall read as follows:
"Not Applicable " as against " Nil ( on account of De-minimis ) "
