S.O.761 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause(c) of section 5, read with sub- section (4) of section 6 , of the Post-Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh, Act, 1966 (51 of 1966 ) , the Central Government hereby nominates Shri Shatrughan Sinha, Minister ofHealth and Family Welfare to be a Member of the Post- Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research , Chandigarh inplace of Dr. C.P. Thakur and makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare Number S.O. 1033 (E) dated the 2nd December, 1988 , namely :-- का.आ. 761 ( अ ).- स्नातकोत्तर आयुर्विज्ञान शिक्षा और अनुसंधान संस्थान , चंडीगढ़ अधिनियम, 1966 ( 1966 का 51 ) की धारा 6 की उपधारा ( 4 ) के साथ पठित धारा 5 के खंड (ङ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियोंका प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा डा. सी.पी. ठाकुर के स्थान पर श्री शत्रुघ्न सिन्हा, स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्री को स्नातकोत्तर आयुर्विज्ञान शिक्षा और अनुसंधान संस्थान, चंडीगढ़ के एक सदस्य के रूप में नामित करती है और भारत सरकार , स्वास्थ्यऔर परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 1033 ( अ ) , दिनांक 2जून, 1988 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
In the said notification for serial number 1 and the entries relating thereto , the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely:----
उक्त अधिसूचना में क्रम संख्या 1 और उससे सम्बद्ध प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात्:-
" 1. Shri Shatrughan Sinha , Minister ofHealth and Family Welfare , New Delhi . "
" 1. श्री शत्रुघ्न सिन्हा, स्वास्थ्यऔर परिवार कल्याण मंत्री । "
