का.आ. 762 ( अ ). अखिल भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान संस्थान अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 25 ) की धारा 7 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और दिनांक 19 जून, 2000 की भारत सरकार, स्वास्थ्यऔर परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय (स्वास्थ्यविभाग ) की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 582 ( अ ) के अधिक्रमण में केन्द्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा अखिल भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान संस्थान, नई दिल्ली के सदस्य श्री शत्रुघ्न सिन्हा, स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्री को उक्त संस्थान के अध्यक्ष के रूप में नामित करती है ।

In exercise of the powers conferredby Sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 7 of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences Act, 1956 (25 of 1956) and in supersession ofthe notification of the Government of India in the Ministry ofHealth and Family Welfare (Department of Health) , number S.O. 582 (E) , dated the 19th June , 2000 , the Central Government hereby nominates Shri Shatrughan Sinha, MinisterofHealth and Family Welfare a member of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences , New Delhi to be the President of the said Institute.
