S.O. 773(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 120 of the Income-Tax Act, 1961, the Central Board of Direct Taxes hereby makes the following amendment in the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance,- (Department of Revenue), Central Board of Direct Taxes, bearing S.O. 73 3 (E) dated 31st Jury, 2001, read with SO. I03(E) dated24th January, 2002 and S.O. 401(E) dated 10th April, 2002, namely —

(i) In the Schedule-I, as so inserted, for SI. Nos. 34,3 5, 86 and 87 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely :—
