का.आ. 816 ( अ) .- खान अधिनियम, 1952 ( 1952 का 35 ) की धारा 5 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार श्री दशरथ सिंह उपमहानिदेशक, पूर्वा क्षेत्र सीतारामपुर खान सुरक्षा महानिदेशालय , धनबाद, को उन समस्त क्षेत्रों के लिए जो उक्त अधिनियम के दायरे में शामिल है, मुख्य खान निरीक्षक के रूप में नियुक्त करती है । यह अधिसूचना राजपत्र में इसके प्रकाशम की तारीख को उस तारीख से अगले आदेश तक प्रभाव में रहेगी ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 1st August , 2002
S.O. 816 (E) . In cxercise of the powers conferred by Sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 5 of the Mines Act, 1952 (35 of 1952) , the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Dashrath Singh , Deputy Director General, Directorate General of Mines Safety, Eastern Zone , Sitarampur to be the Chief Inspector ofMincs for all the territories to which the said Act extends. This notification shall come into force on and from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette until further orders .
