का.आ. 856 ( अ ) केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 के खण्ड ( क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एतद्वारा अपर जिला मजिस्ट्रेट, दक्षिण पश्चिम , जिला दक्षिण पश्चिम, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र, दिल्ली को इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या 8 ( विद्यमान राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग को चौड़ा करने के लिए ) पर राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली में नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में यथां विनिर्दिष्ट 14.3 कि.मी. से 42.0 कि.मी. तक के भूखण्ड के संबंध में उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन ऐसे प्राधिकारी के कार्यों का निष्पादन करने के लिए सक्षम प्राधिकारी नियुक्त करती है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 13th August , 2002
S.O. 856 (E ) .-In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act , 1956 ( 48 of 1956 ) , the Central Government hereby authorizes the Additional District Magistrate , South West, District South West, National Capital Territory ofDelhi , as the competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the land from Km. 14.3 to km. 42.0 of National Highway No. 8 ( for widening of existing National Highway) in the National Capital Territory of Delhi as specified in the Schedule below.
