का.आ. 834(अ) .-केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनयम, 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 के खण्ड ( क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारत सरकार के सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का. आ. 119 ( अ ) , तारीख 29 जनवरी, 2002 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में " अपर जिला मजिस्ट्रेट ( भूमि अर्जन) , जिला चित्तौड़गढ़ ( राजस्थान ) " शब्दों और कोष्ठकों के स्थान पर " अपर कलेक्टर और जिला मजिस्ट्रेट , चित्तौड़गढ़ , राजस्थान " शब्द रखे जाएंगे ।

NOTIFICATION.
New Delhi, the 7th August , 2002
S.O. 834(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act , 1956 (48 of 1956 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport andHighways , number S.O. 119 (E) dated the 29th January, 2002, namely:-
In the said notification , for the words , brackets and letters"Additional District Magistrate (Land Acquisition), District Chittorgarh , Chittorgarh (Rajasthan ) " , the words "Additional Collector and District Magistrate , Chittorgarh, Rajasthan " shall be substituted.
