विषय: उन देशों के संबंध में यार्न, फैब्रिक तथा मेड- अप्स निर्यात हकदारी ( कोटा ) नीति( 2000-2004 ) , जहां इस प्रकार के निर्यात को वस्त्र व क्लोदिंग समझौते के प्रावधान के तहत प्रतिबंधों द्वारा शामिल किया जाता है ।
सं. 1/3/2000-निर्यात- I.- 1. उपर्युक्त विषयक अधिसूचना संख्या 1/129/99- निर्यात 1 दिनांक 12 नवम्बर, 1999 की ओर ध्यान आकर्षित किया जाता है , जिसे , तदुपरांत, दिनांक 8 जनवरी , 2001 की अधिसूचना संख्या 13/33/2000-निर्यात 1 दिनांक 30 अप्रैल, 2001 की अधिसूचना संख्या 1/161/ 2000 - निर्यात 1 तथा दिनांक 6 मार्च, 2002 कीअधिसूचना सं. 1/15/2001 द्वारा संशोधित किया गया था । अधिसूचना में आगे निम्नानुसार संशोधन करने का निर्णय लिया गया है:
2. मौजूदा पैरा 2 ( i ) को निम्नानुसार प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा:-
" 2 ( i ) जब तक अन्य निदेश न हो, कार्यकारी निदेशक, सूती वस्त्र निर्यात संवर्धन परिषद् ( टेक्सप्रोसिल ) ईयू3 /3ए, तथा 23 के अलावा, सभी यार्न, फैब्रिक्स तथा मेड- अप्स की मदों की हकदारी का निर्धारण करेगा तथा कार्यकारी निदेशक, सिंथेटिक एंड रेयन वस्त्र निर्यात संवर्धन परिषद् ( एसआरटीईपीसी ) द्वारा , आबंटन तथा प्रमाणन किया जाएगा । इन कार्यकारी निदेशकों को संबंधित देश/ श्रेणी के लिए" कोटा नियंत्रण प्राधिकारी " के रूप में उल्लेख किया जाएगा।"
3. उपर्युक्त पैरा 1 में वर्णित , अधिसूचना की सभी अन्य शर्ते अपरिवर्तित रहेंगी।

Sub . Yarn , Fabrics & Made- ups Export Entitlement (Quota) Policy (2000-2004) , in respect of countries where such exports are covered by restraints under the provision of the Agreement on Textiles and Clothing.
No. 1/3/2000-Exports - I.- 1. Attention is invited to Notification No. 1/129/99 Exports - I dated 12th November, 1999, which was amended subsequently by Notifications No. 13 /33 /2000-Exports - I dated 8th January, 2001 , Notification No. 1 / 161 /2000 - Exports-I dated 30th April , 2001 and Notification No. 1/15/2001 dated 6th March , 2002 on the above mentioned subject . It has been decided to further amend the notification as follows:-
2. The existing Para 2( i) shall be substituted by the following:---
" 2 ( i ) Unless otherwise directed, the Executive Director, the Cotton Textiles Export Promotion Council (Texprocil ) shall allocate entitlement of all Yarn, Fabrics and Made - ups items , except for EU 3/3a and 23 , allotment and certification of which will be made by the Executive Director, Synthetic & Rayon Textiles Export Promotion Council ( SRTEPC ) . These Executive Directors will be referred to as " Quota Administering Authorities " for the respective country/ categorics."
3. All other terms and conditions of the Notification mentioned in Para 1 above will remain unchanged .
