New Delhi , the 9th August , 2002 का.आ. 838 ( अ) . केन्द्रीय सरकार , राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, एतद्वारा भारत सरकार के सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का. आ. 368 (अ ) , तारीख 26 अप्रैल, 2001 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
S.O. 838 ( E ) .- In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause ( a ) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 ( 48 of 1956 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, Number S.O. 368 ( E ) , dated the 26th April, 2001 , namely
उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में, क्रम संख्या 10 और उममे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात्, निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या और प्रविष्टियां अन्तः स्थापित की जाएंगी, अर्थात: -
In the Schedule to the said notification after Sl No 10 and the entries relating thereto , the following Sl . No. and entries shall be inserted, namely : --
