का.आ. 841 (अ ) .- केंद्र सरकार , मोटरयान अधिनियम , 1988 की धारा 58 की उपधारा (3) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए संलग्न अनुसूची में यथाउल्लिखित लदान/गैर- लदान भार और आयाम वाले निम्नलिखित दो ट्रैक्टरों और ट्रेलरों के संबंध में पंजीकरण प्रमाणपत्र में आवश्यक उल्लेख के लिए अनुमोदन प्रदान करती है:-

(0) यदि किसी राज्य/ संघ शासित प्रदेश के लोक निर्माण विभाग द्वारा ऐसा निदेश दिया जाए कि लदे हुए वाहन को उस राज्य/ संघ शासित प्रदेश की सड़कों पर पुलों से गुजरने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी और ऐसे मामलों में आवेदक को नदियों/नालों को पार करने के लिए अपनी स्वयं की व्यवस्था करनी होगी । (ii) वे राज्य प्राधिकारियों द्वारा निर्धारित गति सीमा का पालन करेंगे ।
(iii) बड़े आकार के कार्गो को ध्यान में रखते हुए उन्हें किसी मार्ग विशेष पर चलने से पहले प्रत्येक बार मार्ग पर संबंधित राज्य प्राधिकारियों की अनुमति प्राप्त करनी होगी ।
(IV) उक्त वाहन , यातायात के सामान्य आवागमन में कोई बाधा पहुंचाए बगैर चलाया जाना चाहिए । (v) सड़क पर चलने के लिए ट्रेलर की अधिकतम गति 16 कि.मी./घंटा से अधिक नहीं होगी ।
वाहन और ट्रेलर की संपूर्ण चौड़ाई में अगले एवं पिछले हिस्से पर पीले एवं काले रंग से जेबरा (vi ) एट्ट्टी बनाई जाएंगी और उस पर रात्रि के समय वलाने के लिए विधिवत् लिखा होना चाहिए/ पार्किंग के लिए साधारण

आगे और पीछे समुचित रूप से लाल बत्ती होनी चाहिए तथा दिन मे दोनों ओर लाल झण्डी लगाई जाएंगी , जिससे वाहन की दूरतम स्थिति का स्पष्ट रूप से पता चल सके ।
(vii) मे. सुजलान एनर्जी लि. सड़कों अथवा सड़क ढांचो/अन्य सड़क प्रयोक्ताओ/व्यक्तियों को ऐसे वाहन के प्रचालन के कारण प्रत्यक्ष अथवा परोक्ष रूप से हुई किसी क्षति के लिए राज्य सरकार/ अन्य प्रभावित व्यक्तियों को ऐसी राशि का भुगतान करने के लिए जिम्मेदार होगा ।
(viii) मे. सुजलान एनर्जी लि. ऐसे प्रतिबंधों का पालन करेगा जैसा इस संबंध मे राज्य/ संघ शासित प्रदेश सरकारेआदेश द्वारा विनिर्दिष्ट करें ।
(ix) मे. सुजलान एनर्जी लि. ऐसे वाहन के प्रचालन के संबंध में ऐसे प्राधिकारी अथवा राज्य सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में विनिर्दिष्ट अधिकारी को अग्रिम सूचना देगा ।
(x) ट्रैक्टर/ ट्रेलर समायोजन का पंजीकरण दमन संघ शासित प्रदेश में समायोजन के रूप मे किया जाएगा ।
ट्रेलर का प्रयोग कभी कभार ही किया जाएगा ।

(xii ) सड़क की चौड़ाई में ट्रेलरों को संयुक्त करने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी ।
(xiii) हो । यह सुनिश्चित किया जाए कि इन वाहनों के चलने के समय सड़क पर कोई अन्य मोटर वाहन न 6. ट्रैक्टर/ट्रेलर समायोजन का पंजीकरण , केंद्रीय मोटर यान नियमावली , 1989 के नियम 47 के तहत निर्धारित शर्तों को पूरा करने तथा बिक्री दस्तावेज ( बीजक , सभी करों के भुगतान का प्रमाण) प्रस्तुत करने के बाद ही होगा ।

S.O.841 ( E). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section ( 3 ) of Section 58 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 , the Central Government hereby accords approval for making necessary mention in the registration certificate in respect of following two tractors and trailers with laden/ unladen weight and dimensions as mentioned in the Schedule appended hereto:

The above relaxation is subject to the condition that:
(i) If so directedby the Public Works Department of a Stato/ UT, the loaded vehicles will not be allowed to pass over the bridges on the roads in that State/ UT and in such cases applicants will have to make their own arrangements to cross the rivers/ nallas .
(ii) They would adhere to the speed limits prescribed by the State authorities.
(iii) Theywould need to obtain permission each and every time before moving on a particular route from concerned state authorities enroute , in view of the oversized cargo.
(v) The sald vehicle should be moved without any hindrance to the normal flow of traffic.
(v) The maximum speed of the trailer for moverment on the road shall not exceed 16 kms/hour.
(vi) The vehicle including trailer shall be painted for the entire width by yellow and black zebra strips on the front and rear sides duly marked for night time driving/ parking suitablyby red lamps at the front and rear and red flags on both the sides during day time to indicate the extreme position of the vehicle clearly.

(vii ) M/s Suzlon Energy Ltd. would be liable to pay such amount to the State Government/ other affected person where any damage is caused to the roads or road structures/other road users /person directly or indirectly due to the movement of such vehicle .
(viii) M/s Suzlon Energy Ltd. will observe such restrictions as the State/ UT Governmentmay by order specify in this behalf.
(ix) M/s Suzlon Energy Ltd. will give an advance intimation to such authority or officer specified in this behalf by the State Government regarding the movement of such vehicle .
(x) Thetrailers/tractors combination shallbe registered as a combination in the U.T. ofDaman.
(xi) The operation of the trailer shall be done only sparingly
(xii) Coupling of the trailer along with the width of the road shall not be permitted.
(xlii) It should be ensured that no other motor vehicle is on the road structure while these vehicles are moving.
6. The Tractors /Trailers combination shall be registered subject to fulfillment of conditions laid down under Rule 47 of the Central Motor Vehicles Rules , 1989 and production of sale documents ( Invoice, proof of payment of all taxes) .
