सा.का.नि. 559 (अ) .- केन्द्र सरकार, महापत्तन न्यास अधिनियम , 1963 ( 1963 का 38 ) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 6 ) के साथ पठित उप धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुए एतद्वारा पश्चिम बगाल सरकार मे परिवहन विभाग के प्रधान सचिव को पश्चिम बगाल सरकार का प्रतिनिधित्व करने के लिए कोलकाता पत्तन न्याम के न्यासी बोर्ड मे न्यामी के रूप मे नियुक्त करती है और भारत सरकार पोत परिवहन मंत्रालय ( पत्तन पक्ष ) की दिनाक 2 मई, 2002 की सा का नि स 320 (अ ) , दिनाक 26 जून, 2002 की सां कानि स 453 ( अ ) तथा 6 अगस्त, 2002 की साकानि स 551 ( अ ) के साथ पठित दिनाक 8 अप्रैल , 2002 की अधिसूचना साकानि स 257 ( अ ) मे निम्नलिखित सशोधन करती है ।
2 उक्त अधिसूचना मे क्रम स ( 18 ) और उससे सबधित प्रविष्टिको निम्नलिखित क्रम सख्या और प्रविष्टि के बाद जोड़ा जाएगा, अर्थात्
" 19 प्रधान सचिव ,
पश्चिम बंगाल सरकार का प्रतिनिधित्व करने के लिए " परिवहन विभाग, पश्चिम बगाल सरकार,

G.S.R. 559 (E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) read with sub - section (6) of Section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints Principal Secretary, Transport Department, Government of West Bengal as a Trusteeto represent Government of West Bengal on the Board of Trustees for the Port of Kolkata and makes the following amendment in the Notification ofthe Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping (PortsWing) GSR No 257 (E ) dated 8th April , 2002 , read with CSR No 320 ( E) dated 2nd May , 2002 , GSR No 453 (E) dated 26th June, 2002 and GSR No 551 (E ) dated 6th August, 2002
2 In the said Notification , after Serial Number ( 18) andthe entry relating thereto , the following Serial Number and entry shall be inserted , namely -
