सा.का.नि. 564(अ ). केन्द्रीय सरकार, बजट और माप मानक अधिनियम, 1976 ( 1976 का 60 ) की धारा 28 की उप- धारा (7 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का उपयोग करते हुए, राजस्थान राज्य सरकार की सहमति से, उक्त अधिनियम के अंतर्गत बनाए गए बाट तथा माप मानक ( पैकेज्ड कमोडिटी) नियम, 1977 के नियम 35 , नियम 36 और नियम 37 के उपबंधों के संबंध में निदेशक, विधिक माप विज्ञान की समस्त शक्तियों को राजस्थान राज्य में नियंत्रक, विधिक माप विज्ञान का तत्समय पद धारण करने वाले व्यक्ति को, निम्नलिखित शर्त के अधीन रहते हुए प्रत्यायोजित करती है, अर्थात्: -
उक्त उपबंधों के अंतर्गत किए गए रजिस्ट्रीकरण की सूची निदेशक, विधिक माप विज्ञान को त्रैमासिक रूप में भेजी जाएगी ।

G.S.R. 564 (E) .-. In excrcise of the powers conferred by Sub - section ( 7) of section 28 of the Standards of Weights andMcasures Act, 1976 (60 of 1976), the Central Government hereby delegates with the consent of the State Government of Rajasthan to the person for the time being holding the Office of the Controller of Legal Metrology in the State Government of Rajasthan, all the powers of the Director of Legal Metrology as respects of the provisions of Rules 35 , 36 and 37 of the Standards of Weights and Measures ( Packaged Commodities) Rules , 1977 made under the said Act, subject to the following condition , namely
The list of registrations done under the said provisions shall be sent to the Director ofLegal Metrology, quarterly.
