का.आ. 873 (अ) .-केन्द्रीय सरकार, स्नातकोत्तर चिकित्सा शिक्षा और अनुसंधान संस्थान, चंडीगढ़, अधिनियम , 1966 ( 1966 का 51) की धारा 6 की उपधारा ( 4 ) के साथ पठित धारा 5 के खंड ( घ) के अनुसरण में , श्री एस .के. नायक, सचिव, भारत सरकार, स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय को स्नातकोत्तर चिकित्सा शिक्षा और अनुसंधान संस्थान, चंडीगढ़ के सदस्य के रूप में नामनिर्दिष्ट करती है और भारत सरकार के स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 1031 ( अ ) तारीख 2 दिसम्बर, 1998 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
S.O. 873 (E) . In pursuance of clause ( d) of Section 5 read with Sub- section ( 4) of Section 6 of the Post- Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research , Chandigarh , Act, 1966 (51 of 1966 ) , the Central Government hereby nominates Shri S.K. Naik, Secretary to the Government of India, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare to be member of the Post-Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research , Chandigarh and makes the following amendments on the notification of Government of India in the Ministry of Health and Family Weltare number S.O.1031 (E) dated the 2nd December , 1998 , namely: - उक्त अधिसूचना में-" 3. श्री जे.ए. चौधरी " अंक और शब्दों के स्थान पर, " 3 .. श्री एस.के. नायक ", अंक और शब्द रखे जाएंगे ।
In the said notification for the figure and words "3. Shri J.A. Chowdhury " , the figure and words "3. Shri S. K. Naik " , shall be substituted .

पाद टिप्पण:-मूल अधिसूचना भारत के राजपत्र असाधारण में का. आ. 1031 ( अ ) दिनांक 2 दिसम्बर, 1998 द्वारा प्रकाशित की गई थी तथा तत्पश्चात् का. आ. 459 ( अ ) दिनांक 17 जून, 1999 एवं का. आ. 701 ( अ ) दिनांक 31 अगस्त , 1999 द्वारा संशोधित की गई ।
Foot te :-The principal notification was published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary vide No. S.O. 1031 (E) , dated the 2nd December, 1998 and subsequent amendments No. S.O.459 (E ), dated the 17th June, 1999 and No. S.O. 701 (E) dated the 31st August, 1999 .
