का.आ. 887( अ ). केन्द्रीय सरकार ठेका श्रम ( विनियमन और उत्सादन ) अधिनियम, 1970 ( 1970 का 37 ) की धारा 10 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा पदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय बोर्ड से परामर्श करने के पश्चात् और उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 10 की उपधारा ( 2 ) में उल्लिखित ठेका श्रमिकों के लिए उपबंधित कार्य की दशाओं और फायदों तथा अन्य सुसंगत कारकों को ध्यान में रखते हुए, इंडियन आयल इंस्टीट्यूट आफ पेट्रोलियम मैनेजमैंट, इंडियन आयल कार्पोरेशन लिमिटेड, 83 , इंस्टीट्यूशनल एरिया , सेक्टर 18 , गुड़गांव , हरियाणा , के स्थापन में गृह संचालन भवनों में झाड़ देने , उनकी सफाई करने, उन्हें झाड़ने तथा उनका पहरा देने के अतिरिक्त; खाद्य आपूर्ति और सहयुक्त सेवाओं से संबंधित संकर्म या कार्यों में तेका श्रम का नियोजन, राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रतिपिद्ध करती है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 19th August , 2002
S.O. 887 ( E ) . In cxercise of the powers conferred by Sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 10 of the Contract Labour (Regulation andAbolition) Act, 1970 (37 of 1970 ) , the Central Government, after consultation with the Central Board and having regard to the working conditions and benefits provided to contract labour and other relevant factors enumerated in sub - section (2 ) of Section 10 of the said Act , hereby prohibits the employment of contract labour in the works or jobs of house keeping except sweeping , cleaning , dusting and watching of building; food supply and associated services in the establishment of Indian Oil Institute of Petroleum Management , Indian Oil Corporation Limited, 83 , Institutional Area , Sector 18, Gurgaon, Haryana with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette .
