S.O. 901 (E) . Whereas the Government of India in theMinistry of Labour in their Notification No. S O. 184 (E ) dated 1-3-2001 appointed Hon'ble Justice Sh . Gurusharan Sharma, Judge , High Court of Jharkhand to hold a formal inquiry into the causes and circumstances attending the accident and in addition to fix responsibility for the causes leading to the accident that occurred in the collieries of Bharat Coking Coal Limited particularly in Bagdigı Colliery on 2nd day of February 2001 causing loss of lives and present a report within a period of three months , and subsequently extended this duration of the court of inquiry fourthly for a further period of three months cach vide notification No. S.O. 464(E) dated 28-5-2001 , No. S.O. 863 (E) dated 7-9-2001 , No. S O. 1095 (E) dated 5-11-2002 , No. S.O 241 (E) dated 26-2-2002 and No S.O 555(E) dated 22-5-2002 respectively
का.आ. 901 (अ). जबकि भारत सरकार के श्रम मंत्रालय ने दिनांक 1-3-2001 की अपनी अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 184( अ) के तहत झारखंड उच्च न्यायालय के न्यायाधीश माननीय न्यायमूर्ति श्री गुरुशरण शर्मा को भारत कोकिंग कोल लिमिटेड की कोयला खदानों , विशेष रूप से बागडिगी कोयला खदान में 2 फरवरी. 2001 को हुई दुर्घटना, जिसमें कई श्रमिकों की जान गयी थी, के कारणों और परिस्थियों की जांच- पड़ताल करने के साथ- साथ दुर्घटना होने के कारणों की जिम्मेदारी तय करने और तीन माह की अवधि के भीतर रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करने के लिए नियुक्त किया गया था और जांच न्यायालय की इस अवधि को दिनांक 28 5 2001 और 7-9-2001 और 5-11-2001, 26-2-2002 और 22-5-2002 की अधिसूचना संख्या क्रमशः का.आ. 464 ( अ ) , का.आ. 863 (अ ) , का.आ. 1095( अ) , का.आ. 241 (अ) और का.आ. 555 (अ) के द्वारा प्रत्येक बार तीन - तीन माह के लिए बढ़ा दिया गया था ।
और जबकि जांच- पड़ताल करने और रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करने के लिए अवधि बढ़ाना आवश्यक हो गया है;
And whereas it has become necessary to extend the period within which the inquiry is to be conducted and reportpresented ;
अतः , अब, 'केन्द्र सरकार इम अवधि को 28-8-2002 से 27-10-2002 तक दो माह की और अवधि के लिए बढ़ाती है, और तदनुसार जांच - पड़ताल करने और रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करने के लिए माननीय न्यायमूर्ति श्री गुरुशरण शर्मा की नियुक्ति की अवधि और प्रो . रवीन्द्र नाथ. प्रोफेसर, बनारस हिन्दूविश्वविद्यालय , वाराणसी तथा श्री कमलेश सहाय. अध्यक्ष, मी मी एल कोलियरी कर्मचारी संघ , बारकाहाना, की असेसरों के रूप में नियुक्ति की अवधि भी 28-8-2002 से 27-10-2002 तक दो माह की अवधि के लिए और बढ़ायी जाती है ।
Now, therefore. the Central Governmentdo hereby extend this duration for a further period of two months we f 28-8-2002 to 27-10-2002 and , accordingly the period ofappointment of Hon'ble Justice Gurusharah Sharma to conduct the inquiry and present the report and the period ofappointment of Prof Ravindra Nath , Professor, Banaras HinduUniversity. Varanasi and of Sh . Kamlesh Shahay. President . CCL Colliery Karamcharı Sangh , Barkahana, as assessors is also extended for a further period of two months w c f 28-8-2002 to 27-10-2002
