का.आ. 904( अ ).- भारतीय यूनिट ट्रस्ट अधिनियम की धारा 10 के अनुच्छेद ( क ) के अनुसरण में, केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा भारतीय औद्योगिक विकास बैंक के परामर्श से, श्री एम. दामोदरन , आई ० ए० एस० ( एम टीः 71 ) को केन्द्रीय प्रतिनियुक्ति के सामान्य नियम से विशेष छूट देते हुए, दिनांक 15-7 2002 से एक वर्ष की अवधि हेतु अथवा आगामी आदेश होने तक, जो भी पहले हो,. 26000/-रुपए (नियत ) प्रतिभास के वेतनमान में भारतीय यूनिट ट्रस्ट के अध्यक्ष के पद पर कार्यकाल विस्तार देती है ।

MINISTRY OF FINANCE AND COMPANY AFFAIRS (Department of Economic Affairs ) (CAPITAL MARKET AND ECB DIVISION) NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 26th August , 2002 S.O. 904( E) .-In Pursuance of Clause ( a) of Section 10 ofthe Unit Trust of India Act, 1963 ( 52 of 1963 ) , the Central Government hereby extends , in consultation with Industrial Development Bank of India, the tenure of Shri M. Damodaran, IAS (MT: 71 ) as Chairman of the Unit Trust of India in the pay scale of Rs . 26000 /- ( fixed) per month for a period of one year with effect from 15-7-2002 or until further orders , whichever is earlier, by giving special cxemption from the usual rule of Central deputation.
