सा.का.नि. 606 ( अ ) .- राष्ट्रपति संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए अग्रिम विनिर्णय प्राधिकरण ( समूह " क " और समूह " ख " ) भर्ती नियम , 2000 में संशोधन करने के निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं , अर्थात्:-
1. ( 1 ) ये नियम अग्रिम विनिर्णय प्राधिकरण ( समूह " क " और समूह " ख " ) भर्ती ( संशोधन ) नियम, 2002 कहे जाएंगे ।
(2) ये नियम इनके सरकारी राजपत्र में प्रकाशित होने की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. अग्रिम विनिर्णय प्राधिकरण ( समूह " क " और समूह " ख") भर्ती नियम, 2000 में मद ( ii ) में निजी सचिव के पद से संबंधित अनुसूची के कॉलम 12 में निम्नलिखित मद प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी, अर्थात्:
" ( ii ) 5500-9000 रु. के वेतनमान में तीन वर्ष की नियमित सेवा, अथवा"

MINISTRY OF FINANCE AND COMPANY AFFAIRS (Department of Revenue) NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 27th August, 2002
G.S.R. 606 ( E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by the provisoto article 309 of the Constitution , the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Authority for Advance Rulings ( Group ' A' and Group 'B ' ) RecruitmentRules , 2000 , namcly:-
1. ( 1 ) These rules may be called the Authority for Advance Rulings ( Group ' A' and Group ' B' ) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules , 2002 .
(2) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Authority for Advance Rulings (Group ' A' and Group ' B ' ) Recruitment Rules , 2000 in Column 12 of the Schedule relating to the post of Private Secretary for item ( ii ) , the following item shall be substituted, namely:
"( ii ) with three years' regular service in the pay scalc ofRs . 5500-9000 ; or "

Note: The Principal rules were published vide GSR No. 60 dated the 7th February, 2000 in the Gazette of India and these have not been amended so far.
