Central Government, after being satisfied that for the public purpose the lands, the brief description of which are given in the Schedule below, are required for widening of National Highway Number 60 in the stretch from Km. 0.000 to Km. 53.410 (Balasore to Laxmannath Section) in Balasore District, in the State of Orissa hereby declares its intention to acquire such lands.
