Central Government, after being satisfied that for the public purpose the lands, the brief description of which are given in the Schedule below, are required for widening of National Highway Number 60 In the stretch from Km. 53.410 to Km. 72.150 (Laxmannath to Kharagpur Section) in Paschim Medinipur District, In the State of West Bengal hereby declares its intention to acquire such lands.
