सा.का.नि. 616( अ ) केन्द्र सरकार, महापत्तन न्यास अधिनियम, 1963 ( 1963 का 38 ) की धारा 8 की उप धारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , एतद्वारा जवाहरलाल नेहरू पत्तन के न्यासी बोर्ड में " अन्य हितों " का प्रतिनिधित्व करने के लिए न्यासी के रूप में सुश्री कविता खन्ना का त्यागपत्र स्वीकार करती है । केन्द्र सरकार, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 10 की उपधारा ( 3 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एतद्द्वारा श्री महेश रतन लाल बाल्डी को जवाहरलाल नेहरू पत्तन के न्यासी बोर्ड में " अन्य हितों " का प्रतिनिधित्व करने के लिए दिनांक 31-3-2003 तक न्यासी के रूप में नियुक्त करती है तथा भारत सरकार, तत्कालीन पोत परिवहन मंत्रालय ( पत्तन पक्ष ) की दिनांक 17 अप्रैल , 2001 की अधिसूचना सा.का.नि. सं. 261 ( अ ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है ।
2. उक्त अधिसूचना में क्रम में. ( 7 ) और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या और प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी, अर्थात्:-
" 7. श्री महेश रतन लाल बाल्डी सर्वोदय, नागांव रोड, उरैन, जिला रायगढ़-440702
महापत्तन न्यास अधिनियम, 1963 की धारा 3 की उप धारा ( 1 ) के खण्ड ( ग ) के उप- खण्ड ( i ) के तहत अन्य हितों का प्रतिनिधित्व करने के लिए" ।

MINISTRY OF SHIPPING (PORTS WING) NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 3rd September, 2002 G.S.R. 616 ( E ).-- In exercise of powers conferred by sub -section ( 2 ) of Section 8 of the Major Port Trust Act, 1963 (38 of 1963 ) , the Central Government hereby accepts the resignation of Ms. Kavita Khanna as a trustee to repre- sent " Other Interest" on the Board of Trustees for the Port of Jawaharlal Nehru . In exercise of powers conferred by sub - section ( 3 ) of Section 10 of the said Act, the Central Government hercby appoints Shri Mahesh Ratanlal Baldi as a Trustee to represent " Other Interest" on the Board of Trustees for the Port of Jawaharlal Nehru upto 31-3-2003 and makes the following amendments in the Notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Shipping (Ports Wing) G S R. No. 261 (E) dated 17th April , 2001.
2. In the said Notification serial number 7 and the entry relating thereto , the following serial number and entry shall be substituted , namely:--
Representing Other "7 Shri Mahesh Ratanlal Baldi, Sarvodaya, Nagao Road, Uran , District Raigad-440702
Interests under sub - clause ( i) of clause ( c) of sub- section ( 1) of section 3 of Major PortTrusts Act , 1963."
