G.S.R. 619 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-sections (4B) and(G) of Section JOE of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956). the Company Law Board hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Company Law Board Regulations. 1991, namely:—
1 (1) These regulations may be called as the Company Law Board (Amendment) Regulations, 2002.
(2) They shall come lr.lo force on the date cf their publication in the Official Gazelle.
2 In the Company Law Board Regulations, 1991, in Chapter II—
GENERAL—
(a) •, in regulation 4 (1)—for the words "not less than two members including the Chairman or Vice-Chairman" the words vone or more members" shall be substituted.
(b) in regulation 4 f 1 A) for the words "nol less than two Members'" the words "one or more members" shall be ^ibstitntcvH
(c) in regulation 4 (3)—for the words "not less than two Members" the words "one or more members" shall be substituted
