का. आ. 952 (अ) आयकर अधिनियम, 1961 ( 1961 का 43) की धारा 10 के खंड ( 15 ) के उपखंड ( iv ) की मद ( ज ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा राष्ट्रीय आवास बैंक द्वारा 2001-2002 के दौरान जारी ई/ 00001 से ई/ 07500 तक की विशिष्ट संख्याओं वाले पच्चहत्तर करोड़ रुपये मात्र की धनराशि के लिए सात वर्षों की अवधि हेतु 7.85 % प्रति वर्ष ब्याज वाले प्रत्येक एक लाख रुपये के ( कर मुक्त ) 7.85 % एनएचबी- प्राथमिकता क्षेत्र बंधपत्रों 2001-2002 को उक्त धारा के प्रयोजनार्थ विनिर्दिष्ट करती है :
S.O. 952 ( E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by item (h) of sub -clause ( iv ) of clause ( 15 ) of Section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 ( 43 of 1961 ) , the Central Government hereby specifies the 785 % NHB-Priority Sector .Bonds 2001-2002 (tax free ) of Rupees one lakh cach carrying an interest of 7.85% per annum for a period of seven years for an amount of rupces seventy five crores only bearing distinctive numbers from F /00001 to E/07500 issued during 2001-2002 by the National Housing Bank, for the purpose of the said section .
बशर्ते कि उक्त मद के अन्तर्गत लाभ तभी ग्राह्य होगा यदि ऐसे बंधपत्रों का धारक अपना नाम तथा धृति उक्त बैंक के पास पंजीकृत कराता है ।
Provided thatthe benefit under the said section shall be admissible only if the holder of such bonds registers his or her name and the holding with the said Bank.
