आदेश
Mumbai , the 29th July, 2002 मुम्बई , 29 जुलाई , 2002
ICICI Bank/Sec. 10. Whereas , ICICI Bank Limited (hereinafter referred to as " ICICI " ) is the " designated person" of the Central Government within the meaning of Section 16 of the SDFC ( Abolition ) Act, 1986 ( hereinafter referred to as " the said Act" ) ;
आई सी आई सी आई बैंक/ धारा 10.-यतः आई सी आई मी आई बैंक लिमिटेड ( जिसे इसके बाद " आई सी आई सी आई " कड़ा गया है । नौवहन विकास निधि समिति ( उन्मूलन ) अधिनियम, 1986 ( जिसे इसके बाद " उक्त अधिनियम " कहा गया है ) की धारा 16 के अंतर्गत भारत का " अभिहित व्यक्ति " है;
AndWhereas , ICICI , as designated person, is entitled and has decided to exercise various special powers under the provisions of Chapter III of the said Act; और यतः आई सी आई सी आई को अभिहित व्यक्ति के रूप में उक्त अधिनयम के अध्याय III के अनुबंधों के अधीन विशेष अधिकार प्राप्त हैं , जिनका उसने प्रयोग करने का निर्णय लिया है;
And Whereas , the Board of Directors ( hereinafter referred to as " the said Board" ) of The Scindia Steam Navigation Company Limited ( hereinafter referred to as "the said Company " ) , a public company within the meaning of the Companies Act , 1956 and having its Registered Office at Scindia House , Narottam Morarjee Marg , Ballard Estate , Bombay -400 (038 , is constituted of Directors who havebeen appointed by CICI / Central Government in terms of Section 10 of the said Act.
और यतः सिंदिया स्टीम नेविगेशन कम्पनी मर्यादित ( जिसे इसके बाद ' उक्त कम्पनी ' कहा गया है । जो कम्पनी अधिनियम , 1956 के अंतर्गत एक सार्वजनिक मर्यादित कम्पनी है और जिसका पंजीकृत कार्यालय सिंदिया भवन, नरोत्तम मोरारजी मार्ग , बालार्ड इस्टेट, मुम्बई -400038 है , का निर्देशक बोर्ड आई सी आई सी आई/ भारत सरकार द्वारा उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 10 के अंतर्गत नियुक्त निर्देशकों से मंगठित है ;
और यतः उक्त निर्देशक बोर्ड पर श्री के. वी. उन्नी के स्थान पर डॉसंजय चौगले को निर्देशक नियुक्त करने का निर्णय किया गया है;
And Whereas , it has been decided to appoint on the said Board Dr Sanjay Chougule in place of the Director Shri K.V. Unni ;
Now, Therefore , in order to give effect to the aforesaid change , in pursuance of the provisions of Section 10 ofthe said Act, it is hereby ordered and declared that:
अतः अय उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 10 के उपबंधों का अनुकरण करते हुए इम परिवर्तन को प्रभावी बनाने के लिए एतद्वारा यह आदेश दिया जाता है एवं घोषणा की जाती है कि:
1. डॉ संजय चौगले को उक्त निर्देशक बोर्ड पर श्री के. वी. उन्नी के स्थान पर निर्देशक नियुक्त किया जाता है ।
1. Dr. Sanjay Chougule be and is hereby appointed onthe said Board as a Director in place of Shri K. V. Unni . All other remaining directors will continue in office unless notified otherwise .
कोई अन्य सूचना जारी होने तक उक्त निर्देशक बोर्ड के बाकी निर्देशक अपने पद पर यथावत् कार्यकारी रहेंगे । यह आदेश जुलाई 30 , 2002से प्रभावी हो जाएगा ।
This Order shall come into force with effect from 30th July, 2002 .
