, No.7-l/!W-CC H.—in exercise ol thepowers conferred by clauses (m), (n) and (0) of Sub-Section (1) of Section 33 of the Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973 (59 of 1973), Uie Central Council of Homoeopathy, with the previous sanction of the Central Government hereby makes the following regulations, to amend the Homoeopathy Central Council (Registration) Regulations. 1982 namely:—
I Short title and commencement.—(1) These Regulations may be called the Homoeopathy Central Council (Registration) Amendment Regulations, 2002.
(?) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gj/eitc.
2. In the Homoeopathy Central Council (Registration) Regulations, 1982 :—
(a) in regulation 4, Sub-Regulation (2), clause (ii), for figure and words " 'Rs. 25.00 for Registration and Rs. 100.00 as service charges", "Rs. 1000/-(Rs. One Thousand oiUy)tocludmgR5.200^)0 as registration fee and Rs. 800.00 as the service charges" shall be substituted:
(b) In Form B, paragraph II. clause (iii), for the figure and words "Rs. 10.00 (Rupees ten only), the figure and words "Rs. 60.00 (including service charges of Rs. 50,00)" shall be substituted;
(c) in tfic Proviso, in sub-regulation (5) of regulation 9 for (lie leliers and figure "Rs. 25.00". the letters and figure "Rs. 75 00 (Rs. 25.00 for restoration fee and Rs. 50.00 as service charges)" shall be substilued;
(d) in Form "F\ at SI. No.3, for the figure and words "'Rs. 25.00 (Rupees Twenty-five only)", the figure and words ' Rs. 75.00 (Rs 25.00 for restoration and Rs. 50.00 as service charges)"' shall be substituted;
(e) inFonn "G'in 8th Parafor mewords'"RupeesTwcntyFive'\thefigureandwords"'Rs. 75.00 (Rs. 25 00 for restoration and Rs. 50.00 as service charges)1' shall be substituted.
