फा. सं. 31 /71/2000-बि.क.-22-6-2000 को हुए राज्यों/संघ शासित राज्यों के मुख्य मंत्रियों और वित्त मंत्रियों के सम्मेलन में लिए गए निर्णय के अनुसरण में राज्य वित्त मंत्रियों की अधिकार प्राप्त समिति के गठन के संबंध में इस विभाग का संकल्प फा. सं. 31/78/2000- बि.क. , दिनांक 17 जुलाई, 2000 देखें ।
2. उक्त संकल्प के पैरा 2 में, क्रम संख्या 13 के पश्चात्, निम्नलिखित शामिल किया जाएगा , नामतः,-

F. No. 31 /71/2002- ST.-Reference this Department's Resolution F. No. 31 / 78/2000 - ST dated 17th July, 2000 regarding constitution of an Empowered Committee of State Finance Ministers in pursuance of the decision taken in the Conference ofChief Ministers and Finance Ministers of all States/Union Territories held on 22-6-2000 .
2. In para 2 of the said Resolution, after Scrial Number 13 , the following shall be inserted, namely,-
