का.आ. 993( अ ). उत्प्रवास अधिनियम, 1983 ( 1983 का 31 ) , की धारा १ द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार श्री के. चन्द्रमौली, संयुक्त सचिव एवं उत्प्रवास महासंरक्षी, भारत सरकार, को 5 सितम्बर, 2002 ( अपराह्न ) से अगले आदेशों तक पंजीकरण प्राधिकारी के रूप में नियुक्त करती है ।

Joint Secretary and Protector General ofEmigrants , in the Ministry of Labour. Government of India as the Registering Authority with effect from 5th September, 2002 ( Afternoon) till further orders.
