NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 13 th September, 2002
G.S.R. 647(E).—;Ui exercise of powers conferred by Sections 6 and 25 of the Environment (Protection) Act, ) 986 (29 of 1986), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Environment (Protection) Rules, 1986, namely--
1 (1) VHcse rules may be called the Environment (Protection) Fourth Amendment Rules, 2002.
(2) They shall coihe into force on the dale of their publication in the Official Gazelle.
2 In Schedule I \o the Environment (Protection) Rules, 1986, against serial number 59, in column 2, for the words "Bagassc-fired Boilers'". I he words and brackets " Agriculture residue fired Boilers (including bagasse)" shah" be substituted,
