का.आ. 1010( अ ) . पर्यावरण ( सुरक्षा ) अधिनियम, 1986 ( 1986 का 29 ) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 3 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार पर्यावरण एवं वन मंत्रालय में दिनांक 19 दिसम्बर, 1996 को भारत सरकार की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 884 (अ ) में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है:-
उक्त सूचनाके पैरा । में उल्लिखित " पांच वर्ष नौ महीने " शब्दों के स्थान पर " पांच वर्ष ग्यारह महीने " शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किए जायेंगे ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 18th September , 2002 S.O. 1010 ( E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - Section ( 3 ) of Section 3 of the Environment (Protection) Act , 1986 ( 29 of 1986 ) the Central Government herchy makes the following amendment in the notification ofthe Government of India, in the Ministry of Environment and Forests number S 0.884 ( E ) dated the 19th December , 1996, namely
In the said notification in paragraph 1 for the words "five years and nine months " the words " Five years and eleven months " shall be substituted
