NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 18th September. 2002
s.o. ioi7(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) ana sub-section (2) of section 24 of the Apprentices Act, 1961 (52 of 1961] read with rules 3 and 4 of the Central Apprenticeship Council Rules. 1962, the Central Government hereby reconstitutes with immediaie effect the Central Apprenticeship Council and appoints the Union Minister of Labour/Minister of Stats for Labour as Chairman, the Union Minister of State for Education/Deputy Minister for Education, Ministry of Human Resource Development as its Vice Chairman and the following persons as members, namely:-
