NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 21st September , 2002 नई दिल्ली, 21 सितम्बर , 2002
S.O. 1021 ( E ) . In exercise of the powers con- ferred by Section 3 of the Commissions of Inquiry Act, 1952 (60 of 1952 ) , and in continuation of the Govern- ment of India , Ministry of Personnel , Public Grievances and Pensions (Department of Personnel and Iraining ) Notification Nos . S.O. 266 ( F ) dated the 24th March , 2001 , S.O. 696( E ) dated 23rd July, 2001 , S.O. 1155 ( E ) dated 23rd November , 2001 and S.O.318 ( E ) dated 20th March , 2002, the Central Government hereby extend the term of the Justice K. Venkataswami Commission of Inquiry for a further period beyond 23rd September , 2002 and upto 31st January , 2003 .
का. आ. 1021 ( अ ) जांच आयोग अधिनियम, 1952 ( 1952का 60 ) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार, भारत सरकार के कार्मिक , लोक शिकायत तथा पेंशन मंत्रालय ( कार्मिक और प्रशिक्षण विभाग ) की दिनांक मार्च 24 , 2001 की अधिसूचना संख्या का. आ. 266 ( अ ) , दिनांक जुलाई 23, 2001 की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 696 ( अ ) , दिनांक नवम्बर 23 , 2001 कोअधिसूचना संख्या का. आ. 1155 ( अ) और दिनांक मार्च 20 , 2002 की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 318 ( अ ) के क्रम में , न्यायमूर्ति के. वेंकटस्वामी जांच आयोग का कार्यकाल, सितम्बर 23 , 2002 से आगे जनवरी 31 , 2003 तक और बढ़ा देती है ।
