In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 48 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963) the Tariff Authority for Major Ports hereby approves the proposal of the Tuticorin Port Trust about fixation of wharfage rate for Copper Anode as in the Order appended hrerto.
