6.S.R 677(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (J) rdfaj with jJiub-^Sction (6) of Section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), the Central Government hereby appoints (iyShri Sanjay Mehta, Managing Director, Essar Shipping Ltd., Mumbai; and (ii) Shri PN Suri, Managing Director, Hansa Agencies Pvt. Ltd. as Trustees to represent Other Interests (in elected category) and Shippers respectively on the Board of Trustees for the port of Kandla and makes the following amendment in the Notification of the Government'of India in the Ministry of Shipping (Ports Wing) No. G.S.R. 391(E) dated 29tfi May, 2002, read with No. G.S.R. 446(E) dated 24-6-2002, No. G.S.R. 455(E) dated 26-6-2002 and No. G.S.R. 502(E) dated 16-7-2002.
2. In the said Notification after serial number 15 and the entry relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall be inserted, namely ;—

Representing ''Shippers" under sub-clause (ii) of clause (c) of Sub-section (1) of Section 3 of Major Port Trusts Act, 1963.
