The Major Port Trusts Act 1963 (38 of 1963)the Central Government hereby appoints (i) Shri Gaurav V. Sekhri as a trustee to represent Federation of Madhya Pradesh Chamber of Commerce and Industry on the Board of Trustees for the Port of Visakhapatnam and makes the following amendment in the Notification of the Government of India in die Ministry of Shipping (Ports Wing) G.S.R. No. 414(E) dated 6th June, 2002, read with G.S.R. No. 487(E) dated 9th July, 2002.

G.S.R. 678(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with Sub-section (6) of Section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act 1963 (38 of 1963). the Central Government hereby appoints (i) Shri GauravV. Sekhriasatrusteeto represent Federation of Madhya Pradesh Chamber of Commerce and Industry on the Board of Trustees for the Port of visakhapatnam and makes the following amendment in the Notification of Uie Govcrnineiu of India in die Ministry of Shipping (Ports Wing) G.S.R. No. 414(E) dated 6th June, 2002, read with G.S.R. No. 487(E) dated 9th July, 2002.

2 I n the said Notification after serial number 16 and the entry relating thereto, the following serial number and entry shall be inserted, namely:—

17 Shri Gaurav V Sekhri-Dircctor, Tinna Oils and

Chemicals Ltd., 6 (Sultanpur) (Mandi Road), Mehrauli, New Delhi.

Representing the Federation of Madhya Pradesh Chamber of Commerce and Industry. (Shippers) under Sub-clause (ii) of clause (c) of Sub-section (1) of Section 3 of Major PortTrusls Act, 1963.
