अधिसूचना
New Delhi , the 10th October , 2002
G.S.R. 700 (E ) . In exercise of powers conferred by Sub - section ( 2 ) of Section 8 of the Major Port Trusts Act , 1963 (38 of 1963 ) , the Central Government hereby accepts the resignation of Shri Vijay Kumar Garg as a trustee representing "Other Interest " on the Board of Trustees for the Port of Mumbai . In exercise of powers conferred by Sub- section (3 ) of Section 10 of the said Act , the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Ramchandra Neelkanth Bhogale as a Trustee to represent " Other Interests " on the Board of Trustees for the Port of Mumbai upto 31-3-2004 and makes the following amendments in the Notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Shipping ( PortsWing ) G.S.R. No. 345 ( E) dated 8th May. 2002 read with G.S.R. No. 374 ( E) , dated 17th May . 2002 and G.S.R. No. 421 (E ) , dated 11th June , 2002 .
नई दिल्ली, 10 अक्तूबर, 2002 सा.का.नि. 700 ( अ ) केन्द्र सरकार , महापत्तन न्यास अधिनयम, 1963 ( 1963 का 38 ) की धारा 8 की उपधारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त र्शाक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए एतद्वारा श्री विजय कुमार गर्ग का मुम्बई पत्तन के न्यासी बोर्ड में " अन्य हितों" का प्रतिनिधित्व करने के लिए न्यासी के रूप में त्यागपत्र स्वीकार करती है । केन्द्रीय सरकार, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 10 की उपधारा ( 3 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एतद्वारा श्री रामचन्द्र नीलकंठ भोगले को मुम्बई पत्तन के न्यासी बोर्ड में " अन्य हितों " का प्रतिनिधित्व करने के लिए 31-3-2004 तक न्यासी के रूप में नियुक्त करती है तथा भारत सरकार, तत्कालीन पोत परिवहन मंत्रालय ( पत्तन पक्ष ) की दिनांक 17 मई, 2002 की अधिसूचना सा.का.नि सं. 374( अ) और दिनांक 11 जून , 2002की अधिसूचना सा.का.नि. सं. 421 ( अ ) के साथ पठित दिनांक 8 मई, 2002 की अधिसूचना सा.का.नि. सं. 345 ( अ ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है ।
