का.आ. 1083 ( अ) कंन्द्रीय सरकार , ब्रिटिश इंडिया कारपोरेशन लि. ( शेयरों का अधिग्रहण ) अधिनियम, 1981 ( 1981 का 29 ) की धारा 4 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए दिनांक 25 मई , 2001 को भारत के राजपत्र असाधारण के भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उपखण्ड ( ii ) में प्रकाशित वस्त्र मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार की दिनांक 25 मई , 2001 की अधिसूचना संख्या का. आ . 479 ( अ ) में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में :-
क्रम संख्या 4 और उससे संबंधित प्रक्रिप्ट के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा , अर्थात्:-
" 4" आर. मुग्रहर्माणयम, निदेशक, वस्त्रमंत्रालय, उद्योग भवन, नई दिल्ली ।

MINISTRY OF TEXTILES NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 11th October , 2002
S.O. 1083 ( E ) .In exercise of the power conferred by Section 4 of the British India Corporation Limited (Acquisition of Shares ) Act , 1981 (29 of 1981 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Textiles S.O. No. 479( E ), dated 25th May , 2001 published in Part II , Section 3 , Sub - section ( ii ) of the Gazette of India Extraordinary, dated 25th May, 2001 .
In the said notification :-
For serial No. 4 and the entry relating thereto the following shall be substituted namely :-
