सा.का.नि. 4( अ )- केन्द्रीय सरकार, केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क अधिनियम , 1944 ( 1944 का 1 ) की धारा 5क की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है , भारत सरकार के तदेन वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं . 6/ 2002 - केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क, तारीख 1 मार्च , 2002 का, निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्: - उक्त अधिसूचना में, सारणी में, क्रम सं. 142 और उससे संबद्ध प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात निम्नलिखित अंतःस्थापित किया जायेगा, अर्थात्:-

G.S.R.4(E). In exercise of the powers conferredby Sub -section ( 1 ) of Section 5 A of the Central Excise.Act, 1944 ( 1 of 1944) , the Central Government , being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby makes the following fürther amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the erstwhile Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue ) , No. 6/2002- Central Excise, dated the 1st March , 2002 , namely:-
