No. 01 /88/ 44/00001 / AM -03/ DES - VIII.- Attention is invited to Paragraph 2.4 of the Export and Import Policy. 2002-2007 , as amended and Paragraphs 4.9 and 4.10 of the Handbook of Procedures , Vol . 1 , 2002- 2007. as amended and also to the Handbook of Procedures, Vol. 2. 2002--2007 . as amended from time to time.
नई दिल्ली, 3 जनवरी , 2003 सं. 55(आरई -02 ) / 2002-2007 - फा. सं. 01/88/44/00001/ए एम -03/डीईएस- VIII. - यथासंशोधित निर्यात और आयात नीति, 2002-2007 के पैरा 2.4 और यथामंशांधित प्रक्रिया पुस्तक, खण्ड-1 , 2002-2007 के पैरा 4.9 और 4.10 और समय- समय पर यथासंशोधित प्रक्रिया पुस्तक, खण्ड-2 , 2002-2007 की ओर भी ध्यान आकृष्ट किया जाता है ।
2. In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Export and Import Policy, 2002-2007 , as amended . the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in the Handbook of Procedures , Vol . 2. 2002-2007 , as amended .
2. यथासंशोधित निर्यात और आयात नीति, 2002-2007 के पैरा 2.4 के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, महानिदेशक, विदेश व्यापार यथासंशोधित प्रक्रिया पुस्तक, खण्ड-2 , 2002-2007 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते हैं ।
3. यथासंशोधित प्रक्रिया पुस्तक , खण्ड-2 , भाग- II , 2002-2007 में निहित मानक निवेश उत्पादन मानदंडों की विवरणिकामें उत्पाद समूह इंजीनियरिंग के तहत निम्नलिखित संशोधन किए जाएंगे:-
3. In the statement of Standard Input Output Norms as contained in the Handbook of Procedures, Vol . 2 , Part- II . 2002-2007 , as amended . following amendment shall be inade under the Product Group Engineering :-
" क्रमांक ग-381 के मानक निवेश उत्पादन मानदंड तब तक आस्थगित रहेंगे जब तक मानक निवेश उत्पादन मानदंडों की अग्रिम लाइसेंसिंग समिति इसकी समीक्षा करके अंतिम निर्णय नहींले लेती । समिति ने यह भी निर्णय लिया है कि मानक निवेश उत्पादन मानदंड क्रमांक ग-381 के आस्थगन की अवधि के दौरान निर्यातक प्रक्रिया पुस्तक के पैरा 4.7 के अनुसार स्वघोषणा करके शुल्क छूट स्कीम के तहत संबंधित क्षेत्रीय लाइसेंसिंग प्राधिकारियों से लाइसेंस ले सकते हैं ।"
"The Standard Input Output Norms ( SION ) at Sl . No. C -381 shall remain suspended till a final decision is taken by the Advance Licensing Committee on its review: The committee also decided that during the period of suspension of ( SION ) No. C-381, exporters may obtain advance licences under Duty Exemption Scheme on self declaration as per para4.7 of Handbook of Procedures from Regional Licensing Authorities concerned. "
