का. आ. ७(अ )- राष्ट्रीय तिलहन एवं वनस्पति तेल विकास बोर्ड अधिनियम, 1983 ( 1983 की सं. 29 ) की धारा 4 ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्द्वारा श्री आधिशंकर तथा श्री श्याम बिहारी मिश्रा, दोनों ही लोक सभा संसद सदस्यों का निर्वाचन अधिसूचित करती है तथा इस उद्देश्य के लिए कृषि मंत्रालय ( कृषि एवं सहकारिता विभाग ) की दिनांक 4 जनवरी , 2000 की भारत सरकार की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. १ ( अ ) , जो दिनांक 4 जनवरी, 2000 को भारत के राजपत्र ( असाधारण ) भाग II , खंड 3, उपखंड ( ii ) में प्रकाशित की गई थी, को निम्न प्रकार से संशोधित करती है :-
उक्त अधिसूचना में , प्रविष्टियों तथा क्रम सं. -4 के एवं 4 ख के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियों को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा यथाः- " 4क श्री आधिशंकर, लोक सभा द्वारा निर्वाचित संसद सदस्य"
" 4 ख श्री श्याम बिहारी मिश्रा, लोक सभा द्वारा निर्वाचित संसद सदस्य"

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 3rd January , 2003
S.O. 6 ( E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 ( 1 ) of the National Oilseeds and Vegetable Oils Development Board Act , 1983 (No. 29 of 1983) , the Central Government hereby notifies the election of Shri Adhi Sankar and Shri Shyam Bihari Mishra both Members of Parliament from Lok Sabha and for that purpose , amends the Government of India Notification No. S.O. 9 ( E) , dated 4th January , 2000 of Ministry of Agriculture (Department of Agriculture andCo- operation ) published in the Gazette of India (Extraordinary ) Part - II , Section 3 , Sub - section (ii ) dated 4th January , 2000 as follows namely:-
In the said notification , for the entries and Sl . Nos . 4A and 4B, the following entries shall be substituted namely:---
"4A Shri Adhi Sankar , Member of Parliament elected by the Lok Sabha . "
"4B Shri Shyam Bihari Mishra, Member of Parliament elected by the Lok Sabha . "
