नई दिल्ली, 30 दिसम्बर , 2002
का.आ. 8 ( अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, होम्योपैथी केंद्रीय परिषद् अधिनियम, 1973 ( 1973 का 59 ) की धारा 13 की उपधारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केंद्रीय होम्योपैथी परिषद् से परामर्श करने के पश्चात उक्त अधिनियम की द्वितीय अनुसूची में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्ः-
उक्त द्वितीय अनुसूची में " महाराष्ट्र" शीर्ष के अधीन क्रम संख्यांक 12 ड. और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्यांक और प्रविष्टिया जोड़ी जाएंगी, अर्थात्ः-

S.O. 8 ( E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub- Section ( 2 ) of Section 13 of the Homocopathy Central Council Act . 1973 ( 59 of 1973 ), the Central Government, after consulting the Central Council of Homocopathy, hereby makes the following further amendment in the Second Schedule to the said Act , namely:-
In the said Second Schedule , under the heading " Maharashtra " , after serial number 12E and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be added , namely
